and oversees the planning, development and implementation of assigned programs. She provides administrative support, maintains records, and coordinates travel and events. Karen is the initial contact point with customers
for fielding routine questions and resolving problems. She is a multi-tasked person and has working knowledge of several software applications including spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Karen is a very good communicator and has the ability to plan and organize various assignments efficiently and
